Celebration of achievement at Pyramid Hill College

THE Pyramid Hill College Year 10 dinner was held at the Victoria Hotel lounge and all students looked terrific and certainly made themselves, their families and Pyramid Hill College very proud.
The theme ‘Men in Black’ was very well received and the introduction of the code names set the scene for a memorable night. As each student’s achievements were recognised, some elected to present a speech reflecting on their years at Pyramid Hill College.
It was certainly a very special night as the school celebrated the achievements of its fabulous Year 10 students - James Bojo, Rose Bone, Allarah Ceballos, James Correa, Henry Deller, Jasmine Doverte, Mia Farrar, Ellesha Fergusson, Toby Fernandez, Blake Gibson, Harry Goodes, James Hercott, Zac Manton, Riley O’Toole, Jeff Pacala, Jasmine Twigg and Maria Umali.
“We wish them all the very best as they move to the next stage of their education or the world of employment,” said principal Fiona Moon. “As we say goodbye to our Year 10s we also sadly farewell some families as their youngest child leaves our setting.
“I would like to thank Nicole Myles, Steven Gibson, Jacinta and Jason Deller, Hayley Hipwell and Abi Umali for their unwavering support and contribution to our school.
“We shall sadly miss our 2023 Year 10 students and their families but we encourage them to keep in touch and look forward to hearing of many achievements in the future.”
THE Year Six graduation was marked in fine style and had parents join students and staff  for lunch in the BER for this special event.
Students shared their special memories through speeches and many laughs were shared.
Graduation bears were presented as a memento of the occasion.
Congratulations to all Year Six students on their successful completion of primary school.
