BOORT bowlers are celebrating after members took out two North Central playing area titles.
Club champion Shayne Morris skippered Laurie Maxted, Tony Matley and Ken Birt  to the men’s state fours title and Saleena Roberts won the ladies’ state novice singles.
The five will progress to regional championships next year.
And at the club’s Christmas break-up president Laurie Maxted presented Gillian Tweddle, Thelma Moresi and Ken Birt with their super veterans badges.
